The Story: The 2024 Vermentino brings a little more tropical character to the variety, with ripe pineapple sitting alongside the familiar freshness of green apple. Cool fermentation and gentle handling preserve those vibrant fruit characters, while a crisp finish keeps the wine bright and refreshing.
There is a little more richness and aromatic generosity here than you might expect from Vermentino, but the wine finishes with the clean, lively acidity that makes it so easy to drink. Fresh, characterful and decidedly moreish.
Perfect With: Fresh seafood, oysters and prawns, or lighter summer dishes where the wine's freshness can shine. It also works beautifully with creamy pasta, salads and soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 12°C.
