The Story: Cooler growing conditions in 2024 brought an earlier harvest and a different expression of Cabernet. Rather than the darker, more intense character of the preceding vintage, this wine shows bright red and black cherry fruit, with the freshness and elegance that comes from picking at the right moment.
Made from carefully selected fruit and given the time to develop in the winery, the wine retains the structure expected of a Cabernet, but with a lighter touch. It is generous and approachable now, while retaining the balance to develop further in the bottle. A Cabernet that doesn't need to wait for winter — try it lightly chilled on a warm summer afternoon.
Perfect With: Slow-roasted or grilled meats, charcuterie, hard cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own. Serve cool at 16–18°C, for a fresher, more vibrant expression.
