The disreputable member of our wine family. Layered flavour complexity – black cherry and dark chocolate. The wine was further enhanced and rejuvenated via the ripasso method using the exceptional skins from our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon, adding fresh blackberry notes and rich colour. Returned to super premium French oak for a further 12 months; only 60 cases of this Resurrection release were produced. Drink now until 2029.
Best enjoyed: Pair with char-grilled protein and rich sauces, a sharp hard cheese or bitter chocolate. Best served between 15 and 18 degrees by a smoldering fire with a quirky, eccentric companion.
