The yang to the 2023 Reserve Chardonnay yin! The free-run juice was transferred straight to stainless steel. Controlled cool fermentation occurred over three weeks and after settling the wine was removed from lees and returned to tank to complete nine months of maturation. The result is clean, crisp lemon and white peach notes. Minimally fined and filtered only 20 cases of this release were produced. Drink now until 2026.
